Order Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Processing time includes order verification, printing, quality checks, and packaging.

Note: Processing times may be slightly longer during peak seasons, holidays, or major promotions.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been processed, shipping time typically takes:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (United States)
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (if available at checkout)

Shipping times are estimates and may vary based on carrier delays, weather, and other factors outside of our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the label is created.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may need to charge additional shipping to resend it.

Packages Marked as Delivered

If your tracking shows your package was delivered but you haven’t received it:

  • Check around your delivery location (porch, mailbox, concierge/office, neighbors).
  • Contact the carrier with your tracking number for more details.
  • If you still need help, contact us and we’ll do our best to assist.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

While we do everything we can to ensure your order arrives quickly, carrier delays can happen. Best Cruise Shirts is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or other events outside our control.

If a package appears lost in transit, please contact us and we’ll work with the carrier to investigate.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available for select destinations. Delivery times vary by country and may be subject to customs inspections.

Customs & Duties: Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties required by their country.

Shipping to Arrive Before Your Cruise

Have a cruise coming up? We recommend placing your order at least 2–3 weeks before your trip date to allow time for production and shipping (and a little buffer for carrier delays).
